To ensure improvement, DEBAJ conducts regular audits of field activities and business processes, with the company having established management systems which meet the requirements of EN ISO 9001 : 2015, BS OHSAS 18001 : 2007, EN 14001 : 2015, and certified for "S","U","R","PP","U2" by The American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Also certified for “PED” byVelosi Certification Bureau and UL certification by UL LLC
Safe Campaign
The DEBAJ safe campaign seeks to improve safety culture by empowering employees at all levels to take responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of their workmates and the community. The education campaign, which advises onsite teams to ‘be alert, be active and be rewarded’, reminds personnel of the importance the company places on a zero harm environment.
The campaign is a cornerstone of the company’s commitment to a Workplace Culture Improvement program and DEBAJ continues to develop initiatives and strategies to compliment its culture improvement objectives.
Sustainability
DEBAJ recognises the importance of adopting an environmentally sustainable approach in the conduct of the company’s business. DEBAJ has a focus on enriching the environments and communities in which it operates, as well as improving economic returns, through the application of sustainable practices and technologies.
DEBAJ has developed an environmental sustainability strategic plan which contains a clear set of objectives that guide the conduct of the business.
